We are proud to have our family name above the front door. We are a local business, and this statement is true of our staff who all live and work near our central Tunbridge Wells offices.

Peter Boyes established Alexandre Boyes Independent Estate Agents in 1998 after a long career at Alan de Maid. Peter wanted to use his extensive professional and personal knowledge of Tunbridge Wells to open an Estate Agent which would be flexible to clients’ demands and put customer service at the heart of the house buying experience.

To make sure we live up to our customer service claims, we have a set of values that outline the way we do business. We adhere to these values in the way we work with our staff and in our day-to-day work with our clients.
