Posted. January 2018 The agent was very friendly and approachable and gave us an excellent level of service in and out of hours. Jay was always available and never missed a call back if he was busy, 10 out of 10, they have since sold my daughters house and also my mother in laws, spot on each time. Would'nt go anywhere else now.
