I really like how they're a relatively small team, which means that you don't feel like you're getting lost in a huge database and never talk to the same person twice. It has a really friendly feel to the company which makes me trust them. I bought a house through them, and there was no questioning whether or not to rent it out through them - I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
