Having previously had bad experiences with some of the other london agents, I can only describe the service provided by Hammonds as outstanding. From the initial instruction their communication was excellent, and they handled the letting of my property in a very professional manner. On each occasion they have managed to source very high quality tenants within a few viewings, and over a 5 year period I have not had a single void period. It goes without saying that I would highly recommend any landlord to use Hammonds, and they will be guaranteed a straightforward, efficient and transparent letting service. Lance Stroller Posted. They went above and beyond the call of duty dealing with solicitors, pushing the sale through and trying to make the whole process as smooth as possible. A great team.
