January 2019 Experiencing deteriorating customer service and errors from another Plymouth letting agent and having been impressed by Hindhead Property (Lettings) when we tested the water by letting them act as our agent on another property I took the decision to dismiss the other agent and transfer our other rental properties across to Hindhead. ??The Hindhead staff were friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to our needs and took the lead in liaising with our old agents to secure the necessary documents to allow them to without too much hassle take over as managing agents. Various persons within the Hindhead office have dealt with my queries diligently and professionally and we were informed of the progress of the transfer as each tenant was transferred over to them. ??As a hands-on landlord I feel re-assured that our property is now being managed appropriately by staff within Hindhead Property.
