Hose Rhodes Dickson was formed in Ventnor in 1990 by Jeff Hose and Mark Rhodes. Richard Dickson joined the firm two years later and from there the partnership has grown. With the addition of Marcus Waldron and Jamie Busby there is now a total of five partners who, along with the three associate partners, all bring different skills and attributes to the business.

With a total of five offices, located at Newport, Ryde, Shanklin, Ventnor and Bembridge, the range of services offered by the partnership encompasses virtually all aspects of the property business. We aim to provide a complete property package for the Island including private residential sales, auctions, commercial sales, including hotels and guest houses and land and development sales, surveys and valuations, country house sales, residential and holiday lettings, and a comprehensive financial services department. We now have a total of fifty six staff and partners looking after the property needs of the Isle of Wight.
