September 2017 After having bad experience with other estate agents recently , I was really apprehensive and nervous having to deal with an agent again, and was not looking forward to it. I'm glad to say lovelle estate agency (Darwin plaza branch) completely proved me wrong , they were an absolute delight to deal with. Every member of the team was really helpful, and always happy and cheerful. The team kept me updated At regular intervals , and even when a slight issue occurred (caused completely on my part, not theirs) they did not pressure me or make me panic. They offered assurance and assistance at times when it was needed and I'm very grateful. Less than a month later from sorting my mortgage, I have now picked up my keys and ready to move in. This is all thanks to the speedy professional and friendly service offered by this top team. It was a pleasure to deal with these guys and I would definitely choose to use them again in the future. This team definitely take the stress out of house buying and selling. If only I had known this before, I definitely would not have considered anywhere else. Thankyou very much team. Amy
