September 2021 I rarely write reviews and only do so if I experience exceptionally bad service and don't want anyone else to have a similar experience or just very occasionally if I feel a company or individual has surpassed themselves. The team at the Tavistock branch of Mansbridge Balment have certainly done that and without exception every single member of the team who have helped me in the process of selling my house have been amazing. In particular Nicola has been outstanding and nothing too much trouble for her, she was particularly empathetic and understanding of my needs, yet still very professional, always keeping me informed and relaying feedback from viewings very promptly. My property I knew would be tricky to sell, but Nicola remained positive, proactive and determined that she would find a buyer and her perseverance and dedication was rewarded and I had 3 different parties wanting to buy the house! Thank you so much Nicola I'm very grateful for you making the process so painless! You have been wonderful!
