Moore and York Residential Lettings is a long established, highly professional firm of letting agents Leicester and Loughborough offering Residential accommodation to rent throughout Leicestershire.

Situated within the Leicester City Centre in prominent, recently refurbished offices and with a second office in Loughborough, we offer our landlord client’s unrivalled access to potential tenants.

We offer a comprehensive property lettings service for both Tenant Find Only and Full Management.

Our Tenant Find Only service includes advertising in the Leicester Mercury Lettings supplement and Loughborough Echo newspaper, advertising on our own website as well as on Rightmove, Zoopla, FindaProperty and PrimeLocation. We offer accompanied viewings, credit checking and reference taking of prospective tenants and preparation of Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements. We are also able to take deposits on behalf of our Landlord Clients in accordance with the Tenants Deposit Scheme if required.

Our Full Management service includes all of the above plus collection of rent on a monthly basis, property inspections every two to three months and dealing with any property maintenance issues which may arise.

We have a highly professional and dedicated team of Lettings negotiators at Moore & York. The Managing Director of the business is Jamie Moore BSc (Land Management) who has worked in all aspects of Estate Agency for Many Years.
