Stephen communicated effectively throughout the whole process and was excellent in "quarterbacking" the sale process to ensure that seller, purchaser, both sets of solicitors and the buyer's surveyor all did what was required to ensure a quick and smooth sale process. His approach ensured any potential issues were pre-empted and resolved quickly. Also, he was a pleasure to deal with at all times. I have no hesitation in recommending him for sales and lettings of any level.
