November 2017 Simply Residential have taken all the stress out of selling our home whilst we were fortunate enough to move into our new property without a sale first. We were unable to achieve our asking price but were happy with the agents understanding of the local supply and demand influences and very happy with their final negotiated agreement. Both Simon and Suzanne have displayed the utmost professionalism in handling our sale and I would have no hesitation in recommending them and their company in handling any residential property matters.
