We're a little different to the way we operate compared to the traditional Estate and Lettings industry Business;

1) Before we started we sat and passed the NFOPP (National Federation of Property Professionals) exams and are members of ARLA. From Day 1 (August 2014) we wanted to run a professional and integral business

2) Both Directors are qualified professionals from previous careers (One a Chartered Banker and one a Chartered accountant)

3) Most staff are property investors/developers so fully appreciate the emotional process of selling a property and the need to maximise profit when renting a property.

4) Transparency, Communication, Innovation and Simplicity are core values of our business model.

5) We give you a dedicated relationship consultant (normally one of the Directors) who will look after you from day one to the end of your journey with Smartmove.

Where we are the similar to most Estate and Letting Agents:

1) We advertise on the same portals

2) We have a database of applicants looking to buy and rent

3) We are shop fronted if one day people decide they are more comfortable visiting us (we have a great selection of drinks)

4) We have a dedicated admin team taking calls, booking appointments, organising maintenance, preparing paperwork, etc.
