This is the biggest bugbear of buyers when being shown property. The agent knows very little about the property, the area, the schooling, walks and other outdoor pursuits. We do. · Absolutely focussing on the online presence. This is now the shop window for your property and needs to be taken very seriously with professional photography, large, readable floor plans, accurate location pin on the map, a downloadable brochure and compelling text. · Regular reporting lines so that you know EXACTLY where the campaign has reached. · Feedback within 24 hours of viewings but usually when returning to the office. · A team of experts, all in one building, who between them cover all aspects of property means that any advice we give is collaborative and thoroughly considered. · Our fees can be creative as we are independent and free from corporate shackles. We are prepared to be remunerated in a more performance related way than most. A lower base fee % but with a performance bonus if we do well or conceding some fees if we do less well...we'll be accountable for both. Many over-value to win business...we can't with this structure.
