September 2020 We have also used Tickfords Property Management for Lettings, they handle every aspect of lettings professionally and efficiently, from doing Credit checks, to choosing a suitable tenant, to giving a clear tenancy agreement, a copy of which is emailed to the Landlord. The properties are checked every 6 months to eliminate any negligence or lack of cleanliness by the tenant and the landlord is emailed with updates. Any repairs too are always emailed to the Landlord with estimates for jobs and only on the Landlord’s approval is the work carried out. Each month clear statements are sent to the landlord with rent received and any deductions made for repairs etc. If there is any matter the landlord needs notification, there is always clear communication by email from the Agent. The tenants’ deposit is kept with DPS and returned to them when they vacate, subject to a property check being done prior to vacating. In short, we have received an excellent Service from Janet and Cliff at Tickfords and we have no hesitation in recommending them. We suggest meeting with Janet as you will be able to judge for yourselves as we did whether she is the right agent for you. Paul Groves Posted. They manage my properties on a very professional level, they keep me updated when it comes to repairs, they are very knowledgable, and when it comes to re-letting a property and finding tenants, they market the property like its their own property!
