I (Andrew Nicholson, Director of YOUR MOVE Andrew Nicholson) have worked in the estate agency business in Crewe for approximately 20 years and have an in-depth knowledge of the local housing market. I have owned the Crewe office for approximately 11 years.

As an estate agent franchisee, I feel that I work harder to run the office than I have ever done before. I am more than happy to speak to any of my clients in the evenings or weekends, basically whenever a customer wants me then they can speak to me. I enjoy the fact that I am able to run the office how I want to (within reason) and have the flexibility to tailor a package to suit a client’s individual needs. I think the benefits to a customer are that they know that their house is being sold by someone who is committed and willing to go the extra mile to help them in any way possible.

Being part of the YOUR MOVE network allows me to compete with the other corporate agents in Crewe. I am able to give customers the reassurance that their home is being sold by one of the biggest estate agents in the business and that we are able to give them full and comprehensive marketing to ensure that their home is seen by the widest possible audience.
