We provide instant quotes from a large number of agents. Some agents may choose to submit a proposal a little later, but this won’t take longer than 48 hours.

QAre my contact details confidential?

We do not forward the agents your contact details until an agent has provided a quote. Your name, street name, town and postcode will be shared with an agent once they provide a quote but our agreements with them prohibit them from contacting you directly at that stage. We pass your other contact details to an agent, and allow them to contact you, when you select them or, if you have selected fewer than 3 agents when you leave our site, we may also pass your contact details on to a maximum of 3 partner agents to contact you and assist in the possible sale or letting of your property as if you had selected them. QHow many properties can I list?

There is no limit, so as many as you are looking to market.

QWhat do I need to do when I have my quotes?

Login to your account, review the quotes and decide which agent best suits your needs. You can then select up to 3 agents. The agent who has dealt with your quote within the branch will then contact you to arrange a valuation.

QWhat do I need to do once the valuations have taken place?

Login to your account and select which agent you would like to market your property, we will then let them know and inform any unsuccessful agents, saving you the hassle.

QCan I list my property if it is already on the market?

As long as the period that you are tied into your original contract with an agent has expired and you are free to market your property you can place it on netanagent.com

QDoes netanagent.com charge the agents?

Yes - if the agent is successful and sells or lets your property then a small fee is payable to netanagent.com. There is no registration fee or any charge to receive property notifications or place a quote, representing great value and no risk for the agents. To make sure we can recover that fee, we share your name, street name, town, and postcode with agents after they provide a quote.
